Concerning your comments regarding feedback on the service, I did put a note to my accompanying letter at the time, but having now spoken to Laura would wish to make a special mention of the contribution by Mike the driver. Apart from posing for the photographer as well, he was extremely helpful in negotiating the difficult traffic jam in Bristol that day (he will tell you I am sure) and was very accomodating in the photo stop-overs.

Thank you for your letter. We were delighted with the service you provided for us on August 23rd, our daughter's wedding day. Cara and Gary loved the Bentley and it was greatly admired by all the guests. Our driver was fantastic. He couldn't have been more helpful, patient and friendly. He ensured that the car arrived with plenty of time for photos before the wedding and waited so that more could be taken afterwards. Garry especially appreciated the fact that he too was able to have a ride in the Bentley.

We were extremely happy with both the red and grey Bentley and the cream Citroen we hired for our wedding, what beautifully kept cars!
Your drivers were extremely personable, helpful and calming and made our day run very smoothly. We particularly enjoyed the bottle of champagne and two glasses he pulled out of the boot, a nice touch and a welcome surprise.
