This superb car has just been acquired from the
original owner, Coventry Council. It was for use by the Lord Mayor
and other dignitaries for State and Civic occasions. |

It is original in every
detail with new ivory and burgundy paintwork and makes a very
grand and stately arrival wherever it goes. It is supremely quiet
and comfortable. |

The rear section of the roof opens and closes within
seconds. In good weather this allows the rear occupants to enjoy
the sunshine and fresh air but is sheltered enough to prevent being
windswept.

A major advantage of the opening rear roof section
of this car is that it gives
excellent access for a photographer to gain interior photographs with
good daylight into the rear of the car.
Note the very unusual but highly appropriate number plate which
resembles BIG VOW.

Seating capacity is driver plus 7 passengers.
With one passenger in the front seat beside the driver, there is plenty
of room for another 6 passengers split between the rear seat and the 2
fold-out occasional seats shown in this photograph. If the
fold-out seats are not required, then they fold completely away forwards
giving an enormous amount of room for those passengers in the rear seat.

The rear interior is very roomy and is upholstered
in classic fawn West of England cloth with walnut panelling. |

The front interior of the car is upholstered in
charcoal leather.
There is a sliding window between the
driver and the rear passengers to enable privacy whilst in motion.
